Yes. Every tour includes pickup from hotels on Koh Lanta, and we confirm the exact time by email the day before. Private van transfers are door to door.
No — park fees are paid in cash on the day: adult ฿400 / child ฿200 on the 4 Islands and Phi Phi tours, ฿200 on Around Island. The Mangrove and Koh Maa tours have no park fee.
Children aged 4–11 pay the child price, infants aged 0–3 travel free, and guests 12+ pay the adult price. Private tours are priced per boat, whatever the ages.
Safety comes first. If we cancel because the sea is unsafe, you choose a new date or a full refund. If you cancel 48 hours or more before departure, you get a full refund; within 48 hours there is no refund (demo policy).
You don't pay at checkout. Once we've confirmed availability, we email a secure Stripe link — pay in full by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PromptPay. Your e-voucher follows by email.
