Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. Every tour includes pickup and drop-off at hotels on Koh Lanta. We confirm your pickup time by email the day before.
Are national park fees included?
No. Park fees are paid in cash on the day: One Day 4 Islands and Phi Phi — adult ฿400 / child ฿200; Around Island — ฿200. Mangrove and Koh Maa have no park fee.
How are children priced?
Children aged 4–11 pay the child rate, infants 0–3 travel free, and 12+ pay the adult rate. Private boats are priced per boat, whatever the ages.
What if the weather is bad?
If the sea is unsafe, we cancel and you choose a full refund or a free new date. Days we have already closed show as “no-fly (weather)” in the calendar.
How do I pay?
Book now, pay later. After you book we email a secure Stripe payment link — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PromptPay. Pay in full and your e-voucher arrives by email.
Can I combine tours, rooms and transfers?
Yes — everything goes into one cart and one booking number. We check boats, rooms and vans before sending the payment link.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, cash for park fees and a waterproof phone bag.
